DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The trio of sophomores
Liv Bailey (Wrentham, Mass.) and
Paige Lee (Stratham, N.H.) and freshman
Ollie Kramer (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) won two individual events apiece to pace the Plymouth State University women's swim team to a sweep of a double dual meet against UMass Dartmouth and WestConn at the Tripp Athletic Center on Friday afternoon.
Bailey soared to the win in the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke with Lee taking the top spot in the 50-yard backstroke and 50-yard freestyle. Kramer added individual wins in the 50-yard breaststroke and 100-yard freestyle.
As a team, the Panthers posted eight individual event wins while also swimming the two fastest relay times to topple the host Corsairs by a 158-55 margin. PSU also bested WestConn, outscoring the Wolves 168-69.
With the sweep, PSU improves to 5-3 in dual meets on the year.

How it Happened:
- Bailey and Lee teamed up with freshman Gabby Gladu (Lewiston, Maine) and sophomore Jackie Gaigals (Rochester, N.H.) to win the 200-yard medley relay in a time of 2:28.34.
- Kramer posted a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle in 2:17.23.
- Lee posted her first victory with a time of 33.64 in the 50-yard backstroke.
- Kramer followed with a win in the 50-yard breaststroke after touching the wall in 41.03. Gladu was right on her heels in second with a 42.20.
- Bailey topped the field in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:11.95.
- Lee and junior Liana Gobin (Belfast, Maine) took the first two spots in the 50-yard freestyle. Lee posted a winning time of 29.94, with Gobin finishing in 32.66.
- Kramer added her second win in the 100-yard freestyle in 1:05.60 to win by nearly four seconds.
- Bailey outswam junior Sam Morales-Barszcz (Meriden, Conn.) to win the 100-yard backstroke in 1:15.37. Morales-Barszcz posted a season best time of 1:22.37 to finish second.
- Sophomore Emma Seward (Los Angeles, Calif.) won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 6:22.38, before Gaigals posted the winning time of 29.85 in the 50-yard butterfly.
- Bailey capped her day with a season best time of 1:12.53 in the 100-yard IM to take second.
- The Panthers closed out the meet with a decisive win in the 200-yard freestyle relay as Kramer, Lee, Seward and Gaigals combined for a 1:57.92 to win by nearly 13 seconds.
