WELLESLEY, Mass. – Sophomore
Liv Bailey (Wrentham, Mass.) turned in the top individual performance for the Plymouth State University women's swim team as the Panthers wrapped up the Little East Conference (LEC) Championships at the Boston Sports Institute on Sunday.

Liana Gobin (Belfast, Maine) all set a pair of season-best times in the 100-yard IM to finish first, second and fourth in the B finals.
Freshman
Gabby Gladu (Lewiston, Maine) added a fourth place in the B finals of the 200-yard butterfly, while classmate
Ollie Kramer (Manhattan Beach, Calif.) was fifth in the B finals of the 100-yard freestyle.
Plymouth State closed out the three-day event with 235 team points to finish seventh to improve on last season's finish.

How it Happened:
- Kramer opened the day with a season best of 59.88 in the prelims of the 100-yard freestyle to qualify for the B finals. She was just a hair off the pace in the finals, touching the wall in 1:00.01 to finish fifth.
- Sophomore Baillie Mako (Newport, N.H.) and freshman Vickie Ni (Lebanon, N.H.) also swam the event. Mako posted a season best of 1:10.01, while Ni posted a time of 1:27.32, but neither qualified for the finals.
- Sophomore Emma Seward (Los Angeles, Calif.) chopped more than 40 seconds off her season best time in the 1,650-yard freestyle. She finished tenth with a time of 20:28.40.
- Sophomore Paige Lee (Stratham, N.H.) used a season best time in the prelims of the 50-yard backstroke to qualify for the B finals. She finished eighth in the finals in 32.87 seconds.
- Junior Sam Morales-Barszcz (Meriden, Conn), senior Heather Callanan (Winthrop, Mass.) and freshman Caitlyn Falvey (Dracut, Mass.) all posted season bests in the prelims.
- Gladu finished fourth in the B finals of the 200-yard butterfly after swimming a 2:54.75.
- A trio of Panthers was outstanding in the 100-yard IM, as Bailey, Gaigals and Gobin all posted season best times in the prelims to reach the B finals. Bailey won the B finals with another season best of 1:09.33 to finish just ahead of Gaigals (1:11.78), while Gobin was fourth with a season best 1:15.82.
- Plymouth State closed out the meet in the 400-yard freestyle relay where Gaigals, Lee, Bailey and Kramer teamed up to finish sixth with a time of 4:03.23 – more than six seconds faster than the previous best time this year.
