PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Despite an off-weekend, the Plymouth State University men's cross country team retained its top-ten spot in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) East Region rankings.
Plymouth State held on to its eighth-place ranking, sitting just ahead of Little East Conference (LEC) rivals UMass Dartmouth and Keene State.
The USTFCCCA Regional Cross Country Coaches' Rankings are determined subjectively by a single member coach in each respective region. The regional representative is tasked with weighing returning teams' strength with current season results in determining a rank-order of squad potential. Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible to receive a ranking.
Plymouth State returns to action on Saturday (Oct. 4) at the Keene State Invitational.
