PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Sophomore
Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Maine) and freshman
Ani Flynn (Plymouth, N.H.) were among six members of the Plymouth State University women's outdoor track & field team to earn Little East Conference (LEC) postseason recognition, as the league announced its major awards winners, all-conference, and all-rookie teams on Wednesday afternoon.
Karow was named All-LEC First Team in the 800 meters after winning the event with a time of 2:20.02. Flynn took home multiple honors, claiming a First Team spot in the high jump after setting a school record with a mark of 1.62 meters to capture the gold medal. She also earned All-LEC Third Team honors in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing third in 1:09.64, and secured All-Rookie Team recognition in both events as the top-scoring first-year competitor in each.
Senior
Kylie Taylor (Orford, N.H.) earned a Second Team nod following her silver-medal performance in the hammer throw, recording a toss of 42.69 meters. Plymouth State's 4x400-meter relay team – comprised of junior

Haley Greenwood (Laconia, N.H.), and senior
Paige Hurst (Pelham, N.H.) – was named to the Third Team after claiming bronze with a time of 4:15.34.
Greenwood also collected All-Rookie Team honors for her performance in the 400 meters.
Plymouth State totaled 53 points to place seventh as a team.
Qualifying athletes will compete at the NCAA Division III New England Regional Championship at Coast Guard Academy this Friday (May 2) and Saturday (May 3).
