MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Senior
Cass Hanson (Stetson, Maine) ran a season-best 13.08 to place fourth in the 100 meters to lead the Plymouth State University women's outdoor track & field team at the Middlebury Invitational at Allan Dragone Track & Field Complex on Saturday.
Hanson's performance was one of several season-best efforts as the Panthers competed in their final tune-up before next week's Little East Conference Championship.
Sophomore
Amelia Lefebvre (Greenland, N.H.) added a fifth-place finish in the 200 meters, while senior
Olivia Neely (Old Town, Maine) posted three top-15 finishes in throws.

Meet Highlights:
- Hanson ran a season-best 13.08 in the 100 meters to place fourth.
- Lefebvre placed fifth in the 200 meters in 27.92 seconds.
- Freshman Lisi Palmer (Brunswick, Maine) took fifth in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 1:00.84. Sophomore Haley Greenwood (Laconia, N.H.) was 12th in a season-best 1:05.92.
- In the 800 meters, senior Amber Fernald (Alton, N.H.) ran a season-best 2:44.58 to place 15th.
- Junior Molly Glew (Plymouth, N.H.) clocked 5:17.96 in the 1,500 meters to place 11th; her time was the fastest of the season.
- Neely placed seventh in the shot put (9.16m), 11th in the hammer (28.81m), and 13th in the discus (26.25m).
- Freshman Tabitha Colwell (Old Lyme, Conn.) was 13th in the long jump after clearing 4.41 meters.
