PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Junior
Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Mass.) and freshman
Lisi Palmer (Brunswick, Maine) earned repeat recognition as the Little East Conference (LEC) announced its women's outdoor track & field major awards winners, along with the All-Conference and All-Rookie teams on Thursday.
Karow and Palmer were both double All-LEC First Team honorees, each earning recognition in an individual event and a relay. Karow secured her honor by winning the 800 meters, while Palmer claimed the high jump title.

Abby Bergeron (Essex, Vt.), sophomore
Abby Marston (Greene, Maine) and freshman
Madison Geddes (Penacook, N.H.) to earn All-LEC First Team honors in the 4x800-meter relay. In the 4x400-meter relay, sophomores
Ani Flynn (Plymouth, N.H.) and
Amelia Lefebvre (Greenland, N.H.), along with freshman
Clare Tuohy (Sunapee, N.H.), joined Palmer as First Team selections.
Sophomore
Mia Sweeney (Plymouth, Mass.) added All-LEC Third Team honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Palmer and Geddes were also named to the LEC All-Rookie Team in the high jump and 800 meters, respectively, as the top-scoring first-year athlete in each event.
Plymouth State totaled 71.5 points to finish seventh in the team standings.
Qualifying athletes compete at the NCAA Division III New England Regional Championship at Springfield College this weekend.
