LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A dozen members of the Plymouth State University softball program were honored by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) for their efforts in the classroom as NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes on Friday.

Kenzie Bessette (Cranston, R.I.), juniors
Kennedy Michaud (Auburn, N.H.),
Kiera Larson (Glenwood Springs, Colo.), and
Samantha Durrenberger (Antioch, Calif.), sophomores
Mackenzie Griswold (Bath, N.H.) and
Eva Zuber (Lakeville, Mass.), and freshmen
Allie Cecere (Plainville, Mass.),
Claire Deis (Calgary, Alberta),
Gianna DiSpirito (Cranston, R.I.) and
Kennah Wright-Chapman (Florence, Vt.) were all recognized for their academic success.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must achieve a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA for the 2025-26 academic year only.
Under five-year head coach
Mike Bernier, the Panthers went 18-19-1 (10-6 LEC) and captured the No. 3 seed for the LEC Tournament.
