SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Senior
Terrell Lewis (New Boston, N.H.) took home a top-three finish in the 110-meter hurdles at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Outdoor Championships at Bryant University on Saturday.
Lewis qualified himself for the finals after putting down a time of 14.57 to finish sixth in Friday's preliminary round. He concluded the weekend in the finals with a third-place finish among a field of competitors from all three NCAA divisions in the region with a time of 14.49 seconds.
Junior
Mike Olson (Sutton, Mass.) also competed, running in the 800-meter run in 1:54.67 to place 16th overall.
Lewis ranks 13th in the nation, putting himself in position to qualify for the NCAA Division III National Championship, while Olson is also in contention for a spot.

Jacob Rigoli (Essex, Vt.) will continue to the Williams Final Qualifier at Williams College on Wednesday (May 18).
