PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Sophomore
Ani Flynn (Plymouth, N.H.) and freshman
Clare Tuohy (Sunapee, N.H.) each won two individual medals as the Plymouth State University women's indoor track & field shattered six program records to finish fourth at the Little East Conference (LEC) Championships at the Bank of New Hampshire Field House at ALLWell North on Saturday.
Flynn claimed gold in the high jump and added a bronze in the 60-meter hurdles with a school-record performance, while Tuohy won the 400 meters and placed second in the 200 meters – both in program-record times.
Junior
Rose Karow (South Yarmouth, Mass.) and freshman
Emma Talon (Southington, Conn.) added silver medals in the 800 meters and mile run, respectively, with Talon smashing the school record by nearly five seconds.
PSU also captured the LEC title in the 4x800-meter relay, as junior
Abby Bergeron (Essex, Vt.), Talon, freshman
Madison Geddes (Penacook, N.H.), and Karow combined for a school-record time of 9:57.08.
The Panthers' 4x400-meter relay team narrowly missed the podium but broke the program record by nearly six seconds, as senior
Cass Hanson (Stetson, Maine), Flynn, sophomore
Amelia Lefebvre (Greenland, N.H.), and Tuohy finished in 4:08.81.
Plymouth State totaled 75 points to finish fourth in the team standings.

Meet Highlights:
- Tuohy won the 400 meters in a program-record 58.62, surpassing the previous mark by 0.15 seconds.
- She added a second medal in the 200 meters, placing second in another school-record time of 25.95.
- Flynn qualified fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a prelim time of 9.59. Lefebvre placed 10th with a personal-best 10.16.
- Flynn elevated her performance in the finals, clocking a school-record 9.29 to earn bronze and shave more than a quarter-second off the previous mark.
- Flynn also claimed the LEC title in the high jump with a winning clearance of 1.58 meters. Lefebvre finished sixth at 1.53 meters.
- Bergeron, Talon, Geddes and Karow secured a decisive victory in the 4x800-meter relay, posting a program-record 9:57.08 to win by more than 12 seconds.
- Talon earned silver in the mile with a school-record 5:22.61, nearly five seconds faster than the previous mark. Junior Molly Glew (Plymouth, N.H.) placed eighth with a personal-best 5:42.53.
- Karow finished second in the 800 meters in 2:21.65. Bergeron placed fifth (2:29.07), with Geddes seventh (2:29.40).
- The 4x400-meter relay team of Hanson, Flynn, Lefebvre and Tuohy placed fourth in a school-record 4:08.81.
- Hanson finished ninth in the 60 meters in 8.27. Sophomore Eila Trottier (Francestown, N.H.) ran a personal-best 8.49 in the prelims to place 13th.
- Junior Emma Couturier (Turner, Maine) placed 12th in the long jump (4.78m), while senior Olivia Neely (Old Town, Maine) finished 15th in the shot put (10.02m).
