BETHANY BROWN ('06): A scoring stalwart for the outstanding Plymouth State women’s lacrosse teams from 2003-06, Bethany Brown was named Little East Conference Rookie of the Year in 2003 and was selected First Team All-Little East all four years. She scored at least 46 goals in each of her four seasons, and concluded her career second on PSU’s all-time scoring list with 198 goals and 253 points.

A native of Norwich, Conn. (Norwich Free Academy), Brown earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2003 after scoring 46 goals and adding 15 assists. She followed that with a 52-goal, 19-assist performance as a sophomore and tallied 49 goals and nine assists as a junior; Brown capped her career with another 50-goal effort as a senior, finishing with 51 goals and 12 assists.

Brown was a key figure on Panther teams that finished with a four-year mark of 57-15, including an LEC mark of 23-0, winning four straight Little East regular season titles and three LEC Tournament championships. She helped the team to ECAC New England Tournament crowns in 2003 and 2005, and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2004 and 2006, including a berth in the Regional Final in 2004.
