HANK LaBRANCHE ('65): A high school administrator in New Hampshire since 1970 and the Superintendent in the Salem School District from 1989-2004, LaBranche was a varsity soccer letterwinner and president of the Men's Varsity Club at Plymouth Teachers College from 1963-65. He was also the manager/statistician for the varsity baseball team.

LaBranche spent several years as a high school coach in the Granite State before his career as an administrator. He took over as Belmont High School from 1965-67, implementing the first varsity soccer program while also coaching basketball and baseball. He was a junior varsity coach of football, basketball and baseball at Exeter High School in 1967-68, and was junior varsity football and baseball coach and varsity basketball coach at Littleton High School from 1968-70, guiding the basketball team to its first Class I Championship in 1970 and a 22-2 record.

During his tenure as an administrator, LaBranche has been very involved in the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association the past 30 years. He was President of the organization from 1981-83, and has served as Chairman of the Finance, Special Task Force, Soccer, Basketball and Eligibility Committees. He was the recipient of the NHIAA Service Award in 1999.
