LILLY SILVA ('06):  A former scoring stalwart for the Panther field hockey team from 2002-05, Lilly Silva was a two-time All-New England and three-time First Team All-Little East Conference selection.  She led the Panthers in scoring three straight years and was named First Team All-Region and LEC Offensive Player of the Year as a senior.

A native of Lowell, Mass., Silva finished her career as PSU’s career scoring leader with 66 goals and 155 points, breaking standards that had stood more than 20 years.  She scored 27 goals as a junior, second-most in a season in school history, and her 19 goals as a senior was third-most. She also tallied 23 assists to finish second on the all-time assist chart.

Silva played on PSU’s Little East Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament Team in 2002, and starred on ECAC Tournament Teams from 2003-05. She scored three goals, including the overtime game-winner, to lead the Panthers to the ECAC title in 2004.  Silva helped the Panthers to a four-year record of 60-19, including a 35-6 mark against Little East opponents.
